About Us

Paul Murray has been a practicing Sports & Physical Therapist for almost 20 years. Having qualified from the Institute of Physical Therapy and applied Science (I.P.T.A.S.) with a Degree in applied health science with Physical Therapy and was awarded the Clinical excellence award.

Paul who is based in Limerick has had a very long association with many of the Sporting clubs in the area covering all codes. Paul's experience has come from many years of involvement with many of Limericks' Rugby clubs. Paul has worked with many GAA clubs in Tipperary, Clare and Limerick and he has also previously worked with the Munster Rugby and Limericks senior Hurling team. Paul is currently providing Physical Therapy supervision for the Barringtons Hospital Great Limerick Run a post he has held for the last number of Years.

Paul has also has a BACPR Specialist Exercise Instructor Level 4 Cardiac Qualification offering Cardiac care to clients.
